When will my order ship?

Every piece from Forthright Insight is made to order. Once your order is placed, it enters production before shipping.

Production typically takes 2–5 business days, after which your order is shipped to your destination.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the production facility.

Why are your products made to order?

We produce items only after they are purchased. This approach reduces waste, prevents overproduction, and allows us to focus on intentional design rather than mass inventory.

It’s a slower process than traditional retail, but it ensures each piece is created specifically for the person wearing it.

Shipping times depend on the destination and local postal services, but most international orders arrive within 7–14 business days after production.

Can I return or exchange items?

Since products are made specifically for each order, returns for size changes or buyer’s remorse cannot always be accepted.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.
